Carry On ...

I plan to carry on with my blog throughout the making process of my collection as i have enjoyed using this method of recording my development and have organised it into my work routine. I Would like to post what happens in my crit, the make-up and styling of models, maybe a photoshoot if i have time and if my collection makes it on to the catwalk.

Job Roles Activity

After collecting ome job ads i have been asked to create my own job application for my ideal firt job.

Freelance/Boutiques/Underwear/Monsoon
Location- London (also opportunities to travel)
£14,000 - £22,000(the average starting salery)

The Role
shadowing a senior designer
Design products following seasonal trends.
Ensure latest catwalk influences are interpreted in an appropriate manner for the brand.
Input into consepts.
Review fabrics and sketches and artworks with B&M.
Visiting fashion capitials for shows and fabric sourcing.

Ideal Candidate
BA in Fashion
CAD and general computer skills literate
Work experiance
Technical knowledge
Ability to communicate
To perform under pressure in a highly dynamic, creative and commercial environment.

My brand- logo, name, slogan to incapsulate me and my work.

After looking at Luly Yang' dress i thought the shape and colour of this picture could easily be translated into a stunning dress.
